-if All your and husband's reports normal and no risks factors like thyroid, diabetes, obesity, smoking then also have precautions.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-daily walk, Exercise and yoga.
-have less salt, suger, oil and spice and plenty of vegetables, fruits.
- have sex in fertile period of cycle.
