Assalam o alaiqum, I have vomate problem, all body pain specially in waist , leg bone, I have vit D3 and low Hb problem 2 year age so i take injection of D3 and take so multi vit tablet , but that time i have first month pregnancy, So please advice me treatement.

U can start with folicacid two times a day
Take cac 1000 plus two times a day and tab pregnacare once daily
For vomiting u can take any anti emetic like motilium , navidoxine, xyquil etc but half hour before every meal
U should get ur self examined with ur ultrasound at the clinic as well
