next scan should be midpregnancy scan around 20-22 weeks .consult her she must have something in her mind as she is dealing u .well at this gestation in which u r at the moment NT scan is suggested however many docs in Pak do it on selected pts.
12/13 weeks scan is advised for Down syndrome screening by a specialist ultra Sonologist.
