Talk to Gynecologist on Prenatal Vitamins And Multivitamin

Assalamualaikum.I m 31weeks 5 days pregnant my gynecologist recommend me pregnovit from start of pregnancy and I'm taking it regularly then she recommend surbex z along with pregnovit regularly I'm taking surbex z in alternate days and taking pregnovit regularly,my question is about taking both is safe it would not be over dose of multivitamin?I m taking both at same time if it's not safe than how much time interval I should give to take the second multivitamin dose?I don't want to stop surbex z because frm start of pregnancy I had severe hair fall which stopped after taking surbex z.
