Talk to Gynecologist on Preplacental Hematoma Leading To Induced Labor

Aoa i previously posted in mahram group on Facebook about my preplacental hematoma at that time it was 95ml which reduced to 46ml and now as i am in my 37 week 1 day its 55ml again. My doctor will be inducing me tomorrow as i have history of placenta abruption in my first pregnancy. I would like to know what can i do to make the induction pain bearable and how can i speed up dilation process. I cannot take epidural as i have some back issues Thank you
