Talk to Gynecologist on Prepone/postpone Periods
Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Lahore
I have to visit mosque for some ceremony exactly after two cycles (Dec 23). I am afraid I will have my periods on the exact day (or a day before or after). I tried eating dates and coffee etc to get early periods this time. But (can say good cycle) I am getting my periods after 26.5 to 28 days. Is there any safe way to get preferably early (or late) periods in November, so that my cycle sets naturally for December?
