I am 22 weeks pregnant ALHAMDULILLAH. Sometimes I feel pressure in my lower abdomen. Pressure is so much that I cant sit or walk properly .. is it normal ? My scans and reports are all ok

Its normal as the baby grows rapidly during 2nd trimester you will feel more and more weight and pressure
Do you have any urinary problem r vaginal discharge if yes then it needs to b treated if no then it will b due to losening of ligaments r growing baby

do u have any complain of vaginal discharge or burning micturition or concentrated urine?
increase your fluid intake
take iron calcium and multivitamin supplement
