Asalam o alikum, I am almost 29 weeks pregnant according to my lmp but according to my last scan I am 30 weeks . I am feeling alot of pressure on my pelvis from yesterday dont have any cramps or pain but difficulty in walking and sitting , baby movement is there. Is it labour pain ? What precautions should I take ? Dont want my baby to come so soon
what is your parity?? i mean how many kids you have?
histroy previous any surgery?
any watery discharge?
any other complain?
if no thn it might be due to growing uterus.

1-if u remember ur first day of ur last menstural period then need nt to worry-of course ultrasound is misleading esp in later trimester-weeks given actually is according to size of the baby-so when the baby is big ultrasound ll giv u higher weeks more than actual period of gestation and vice versa-
2-do ur urine RE to rule out one of the cause of ur abd cramps:mostly its urinary tract infection tht mimicks the early labour-
3-now remember ur progesterone is rising since u gt pregnant-this hormone is a lazy hormone so important fr maintenance of pregnancy but on the other hand body pains, lil above than normal temperature etc r its contributions(if pregnancy is going otherwise normal)-now 28 wks onwards this lazy hormones also start acting on ur joints and bones etc in order to gt ur body prepared fr the upcoming labour-so a woman feel dull aching pains all over esp at pubes, lower back etc-this is all happening in normal healthy pregnancy-
anyways hv a contraindication wth ur OBG fr further details-hope i answered ur queries well-
all the best
