Talk to Gynecologist on PreTerm Labour

I am Female age 23 my Son was born at 34 weeks preterm . after starting pains i went to hospital where they said my Cervix is opening resultantly my C section was done and my Son was born Mashallah. now i am again pregnant just took my home test which came positive now plz advise me i was told some type of sticthes will be done in my cervix where should i visit which is best place for this and what is best time for it
