Miscarriages happens in June semen I'm using evion400 and cecon and her periods are regular

Both of u need treatment . For ur wife she needs ovulation induction . And you need some supplements for good motility . Till lock down I would advise both of u to take vit E daily and for ur wife folic acid and vitE. Better not to take any medicines to conceive in this pandemic but if u get pregnant naturally then there is no harm .
