Talk to Gynecologist on Prolong Periods

After my c section since 3 years m facing irregular amd prolonged periods.periods always r late and usually prolonged and also done three months course of Primulot n after that few months were normal then again same problem but that medicine caused benign nodules in my breast So no I use trasmine to stop longer periods. M also having thyroid nodule but it's euthyroid all blood work and us normal. On and off cyst in overy. Now after using of few anti biotic for my skin infection I m bloated n tight tummy since three months while my gyni said it's gastro doc problem but as I heard only bloated tummy can cause ovarian cancer.
