Talk to Gynecologist on Prolonged Periods

I got my periods on March 13 and they ended we had unprotected sex on 27march and on 28march evening I took ecp only 1pill and on 29 march I got my periods again with brownish black discharge and some small tissue like clots they stopped on 4th April and on 6th April they again started with big clots I passed a sac like clot yesterday went to Dr she performed my blood hcg which came out negative so she didn't gave any medicines. Is this a miscarriage for chemical pregnancy? I am still bleeding red fresh blood now.
