age 40 unmarried lady ovarian cyst fluid filled 4.3 cm from 2 years but my periods are normal always now 3 months phalay I missed my periods first time than I came after 3 months without any medicine .now ya periods stop nai ho rahy 18 days sa bleeding normal ha not heavy bleeding but bleeding 18 days sa continued ha .kabi spotting Hoti kabi normal bleeding but not heavy bleeding my TSH cBc fsh and insulin resistance test hbA1c all test are normal 10 days phalay sub test karwaya ha pelvic ultrasound ma bhi ovarian cyst show Hoti ha 4.3 cm ki .tell me medicine plz I cannot afford to visit tha Dr again and again I cannot pay Dr fee again and again tell me solution and med to stop my periods bleeding
