Talk to Gynecologist on Ptyalism In Pregnancy

During pregnancy I have severe ptyalism, excessive salivation for nine months…I have taken all type of nausea medicines etc…nothing helps at all my conditions becomes very horrible. I would like to consult with a gastroenterologist who has experience with this issue in pregnant woman. There must be a way to make pregnancy smooth…many doctors have told Me that only 10% women in the world have this issue…so please guide me only if you have proper experience
