I have been suffering from.a very embarrassing over 4/5 years I have Pickering underneath my breasts I have always had a large chest The spots or rash is causing get sores which hurt and sometimes there's even pus coming out of the spots I have tried hydrocortisone and steroids nothing works
u need to get it checked by a dermatologist it seems like scabies with super added bacterial infection to me

Skin puckering in breast creases like under surface can b due to Monder's disease which is due to thrombophelbitis of small blood vessels in skin, often overlying skin becomes scaly and oozes or secondarly gets infected too,
