We went for altrasound kidneys were ok but she has 40 -45 pus cells in urine. Baby size is 1.8 cm and normal in heart beat etc. How early This pus cells can be reduced? This is severe urinary tract infection. She need to do a urine culture, and start antibiotics, at least 3 litres of fluids and cranmax sachet. Uti needs to be treated especially in pregnancy as can lead to complications, consult ur gynaecologist for medicines as we cannot prescribe medicines here
