this a iron tablet . including folic acid and vitamins
u have to take this tablet without milk tea .
u can take it with orange juice .
it is taken empty stomach but increase some stomach upset . so u can take it after meal..
one tablet per day.. take.it regularly it will improve for blood and reduce need for blood requirement during pregnancy.
iron tablet for iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy period... you have to take after meal 1 tablet in A day regularly
