Talk to Gynecologist on Raised Prolactin

Salam I want to conceive soon , we just started trying from this month , but before starting I went through several hormonal tests . My prolactin is 33 ,does 33prolactin affects fertility? I have the prolactin issue from last 2 years .it comes down to normal when I use brotin tablets when when I stop using it,it starts raising I don’t know why doesn’t stop increasing and I feel sick after taking brotin . (I am also clear from prolactinoma) I want to switch to Dostinex ,what dosage should I start with ? What side effects Dostinex have ?
