Talk to Gynecologist on Rashes In Stretch Marks 34 Weeks Pregnant

Salam everyone.. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and having red coloured stretch Mark's with severe type of itching in them.. I have applied lacticare lotion, travocort cream and fresh aloe vera but they are getting worse day by day. .. redness is increased and due to severe itching I am unable to sleep.. I have history of preeclampsia in previous pregnancy but in this pregnancy b.p is stable still and I'm taking loprin.. please tell me is that rashes on stretch Mark's or something suggest something for itching relief...I have applied calamine lotion but that is making it worse..

Try to clean and dry your rashes.. cream hydrazole is good try it otherwise consult skin specialist
Salam... Kindly tell the exact location of the rashes??? This might be fungal infection... But this can be scabies.... Do you feel more itching especially at night time????

-Dear in late pregnancy as u have now need investigations for this itching, monitoring for baby strictly, regularly and Continously, then in light if these reports u can have proper management Accordingly.
-u need to have blood tests (cbc, lfts, bile salts, uce), CTG, Ultrasound dopplers for baby with weight, Afi etc.
--all above need to be done Now.
-tests reports need to be discussed with treating gynae for plan of delivery, further management.
-don't delay above advice.

better c a dermatologist as ur OBG prescription given previously seems complete-good moisturizer might help though-hope ur LFTs r going normal...

The exact location is my the area above my belly button yes at night it gets worse and I can sleep even for a second.
