Question

In which position I have to sleep in pregnancy right,left or straight and can I bent my legs while sleeping? I suddenly have pain in my left leg what to do ? is it common? I feel so dezzines kindly recommend me about that

Take healthy diet and your multivitamin regularly

best position is on left side , but can lie down on rt side. yes can bend legs uptill where you are comfortable.
sudden pain in leg ,need evaluation , because sudden pain in one leg can be a muscle cramp or any clot in leg veins z,so better get evaluated.
dizziness need your bp ,and some lab examination
