This ultrasound report is suggesting PCO, but the lining of the uterus is Quite thick you need to have a scan from a specialist ultrasonographer as this report? RPOC is not right? The thickness of endometrium can not be confused with might be a polyp? When did you have speculum examination. Has this reddish discharge any relationship to intimate relationship

Assalam o Alaikum
.any complain of bleeding after intercourse?
any itching or smell with this discharge?
any urinary symptoms?
menstrual cycle regular?
it could be any local cause which requires examination.
you need to have transvaginal scan from some other place
