Talk to Gynecologist on Regarding Pregnancy

Salam! I am 6 wk pregnant Alhumdulillah and dr has prescribed me Duphaston 10 mg twice a day, folic acid and aspirin. Already taking Duphaston and folic acid but I have started aspirin 100 mg tablet this Fri and after that I have noted red tissue discharge in urine. I have stopped aspirin on Drs advice. I want to know Is it because of aspirin and should I continue with it or not? I have already visited my Dr, she did first ulrasound scan today and has asked me to visit her after 15 days for scan again for heartbt and to continue all same medicines including aspirin. I have a previous history of early miscarriage so really worried this time. Kindly guide me what to help from gynacologist. Thankyou in advance.
