Talk to Gynecologist on Related To Coccyx

Since few months my husband feels a little itching in lower back ,at the end of back bone down.(i think its called coccyx,,, i'll attach a picture pointing that part ) and also sometimes yellowish or red discharge. But if we check there , there seems no bump or pimple on the skin but when wiped with tissue some yellow liquid is seen. It seems like something is coming out from base of hairs P.s He sits all the day due to nature of his job.
