Talk to Gynecologist on Related To Condom

So a week before i had sex with my husband and he used a condom, while doing it the condom slipped off inside my vagina, and he asked me to take it out as he dropped it in. but when i peed i didn’t feel anything, even i tried to insert my fingers in to find it but couldn’t feel anything. and throughout the whole week i didn’t feel any discomfort, pain, or discharge from my vagina. today i gor my periods and after the whole week that condom got out of me and i am just shocked. are there any further complications caused by it?
