Ma'm pregnancy test is negative after 6 to 7 days of periods if it would happen, i have c section 7 months before and if pregnancy would happen then what are the possible options to get rid of it?

Yes 2 c sections and 1 operated for fibroids removal which was before 2nd c section and didn't use any medicine
