i have pain in lower belly specially on left side and a very little nearly a drop of dark brown discharge and lower back tail bone pain and pressure at my lower abdomen body on and off and dizziness and burning eyes. is it normal during 7 months pregnancy and my baby movement is fine

Everything is normal. My baby movement is also normal but i have period like cramps and lower back pain and lower body heaviness and white continuos discharge. Once the discharge is done the cramps decreases but again after some time the cramps increase and then again i experience the white discharge and cramps decrease. Is it normal during 7 months pregnancy ?
