Talk to Gynecologist on Related To TTC

Hi noor plz post this as anonymously I am TTC from 3 litrozole twice a day from day 3rd of periods for 5 days every month after scan on 3rd day.. but now i am on my mothers place I can’t visit my doctor for scan and its 2nd day of my period so should i take litrozole for next 5 days by myself or can I skip this month??? And if i skip wouldn’t my cycle of treatment will disturb ?? What should i do plz guide
