Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Karachi
Aoa, m 22 weeks pregnant with twins, my Dr asked me for OGTT plus to record sugar readings of 1 week. I had taken Glucophage in my 1st pregnancy also. Kindly see my report and suggest me something for it till i visit my Dr on next saturday. I cant upload the file. Here are my readings FASTING: 103 mg/dl 1 hour: 203 mg/dl 2 hours: 180 mg/dl

it seems you r having high risk pregnancy twins with diabetes with previous history of diabetes
kindly get your record for sugar daily fasting level and one reading 1 hr after having dinner if deranged then will start medication and design your diet chart accordingly
keep an account of fetal movements
do get an anomaly scan for both fetus
