Talk to Gynecologist on Rest In Pregnancy

I am 5 weeks 5 days pregnant, patient of pcos, ultrasound done everything is fine alhamdulilah, have had a miscarriage before so Dr prescribed complete bed rest! I just want to ask what would complete bed rest mean at this stage? I cannot even cook and stuff or the normal not so hectic chores are fine? I have a 4 year old I have to take care of so it is being a little difficult.
