Talk to Gynecologist on Retained Placental Tissue

i m 26days was my 3rd ftp ended with p.i.h aftr 36weks and at 37weks dr did induction with prostein and a baby girl delivered was given. after 13days i developed fever and abdominal tenderness .on usg dr said some placental tissue is was there she gave me anesthesia and examined nd did dnc for rpocs. after tht just to reassurw my self i again went for a good usg and sonologisg said u have placental tissue and feeding vessels. i went to the hospital where my girl was said dont go forany instrumentation and it is orthotec and sparfloxacin and come aftr 20days . i m using these medicines but no significant vaginal bleed i have seen. do u think i have been treated properly???first instrumentation was unnecesaary and i can be treated medically??i m worried for my uterus.
