i have been taking lefora tab for rheumatoid arthritis since 1month and now i came to know that i have also concieved, gastrointestinal age 7 weeks. so far the ultrasound shows no abnormality. may i know what should i do now.
discontinue the lefora tablet and take appointment from a physician .. a medicine called cholestramine can help you to eliminate the drug from advice from physician
its better to consult your rhematologist for any change in Rx acc to severity of your disease
take folic acid regularly once daily
detailed anomaly scan at 18-21 wks

termination best as early as possible as preg advances it is associated with more complications but in collaboration with your rheumatologist and severity of ur disease and side affects of disease and treatment on you and your baby better consult Gynaecologist in clinic for proper treatment plan

timing of scan to detech anomalies depends upon type
we are suspecting some need scan in first 3 month/some might late
but before 24ks (before age of viability)
