Talk to Gynecologist on Right Hand Numb In Pregnancy

I'm 8 months pregnant and since the last few weeks my right hand is completely numb in the morning or when I wake up in the middle of the night. My hand is better when I work but my three fingers are slightly numb including there tips as well. Is it something i need to worry about or is this normal?
