i have rubela 43.3 kindly tell me what kind of precautions are better for meand how much rubela is dangerous without pregnancy

- Dear it would be better if u would send me detailed reports ,history ,Scan report .
- two kinds of antibodies usually to be checked to differentiate recent infection presence or not ,if present then recent or old .
- igG level should be 9 U /ml but if higher to be repeated after 14 days .
-iGM level should be 0.9 u/ ml but if higher means recent infection .
- During pregnancy no live vaccine can be given.
- it's better to send me detailed report and history to guide u well .
-Dear only Rubella is high otherwise not high level can have repeat tests(both IGg and IgM) after 2 wks and then have consultation with physician to have vaccine to be on safe side.
-have folic acid daily.
After vaccination give some time like 4-6 wks and then try to have Conception.
-if having issues in having pregnancy or Conception or fertility issues report with complete history and related tests If have done.

i have chked these to gynacologist she recommend me only folic acid and 10 days tablets of contimycin .she does not recommend me vaccination .is it is very important?dr also forbid from conception for 3 month.i want to know that is rubella could reoccurg ?

-Dear no use of any antibiotics now but if already started then continue.
-rechecking advised after 2-3wks for both IGg and IgM and if discuss with physician then check if on report they advice vaccine or not.
Delay Conception for 3 months.
Continue folic acid 5mgs.
