Talk to Gynecologist on Rubella And TSH Prgncy

My wife is pregnant with our second child (into the 10th week now). She underwent the regular tests and everything seems normal however there were three values that confused me.

Her Rubella IgG is 19.2 - I think this is alright but needed to have an expert opinion. Second is her Rubella IgM whose value is 0.962 which I think is a bit matter of concern. Third is her TSH came out to be 0.0088.

Please can you see if everything is ok here?
