Talk to Gynecologist on Rubella N CMV

Post it anonymously Im 32 years old.I had positive rebulla and CMV in 2018 n lost my 30 weeks child because of it.. It was my first suggested ma MMR vacination bt its not available in one year i repeated tht test n its still positive.. Should I plan for a baby or there is any treatment available? Reports in comment.

Being rubella igG positive is a good thing , means u have acquired immunity either from infection or vaccination , and MMR is available in pakistan . Just prescribed one Pt and she got it although with difficulty , Anyhow wait for a month after MMR and then conceive . Start taking folic acid 3 months before conception and see a gynaecologist After u see ur baby with positive cardiac activity

-it woukd be better if u would send me Detailed Gynae, obs, medical and drug history and your report as well.
-Dear in case of previous history of infection and previous disease IGg comes positive where as IgM comes positive if active infection is there.
-so difference between above two is there.
Its better to have vaccination before Conception as having significant previous history.
-get vaccinated with Mmr and then strict intake of folic acid 5 mgs daily.
-try for Conception after 3 months of vaccination to have batter outcome.
-Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-balanced diet, weight and Recreational activities.
