male age 27 i m feeling pain in testicle from few months it happen once in a month whenever i sleep in bit tight clothing problem yeh k mera puberty tak aik testicle tha aik ooper tha dosra bad mae neechy puberty jab hit huyi scrotum mae like 17 18 age pay ab kabi kabi tight bit clothing ho aur m rat m so jau tou us mae dard hoty aur wo movable b nhi h freely dosry ki trh isk elawa aesa lagta jese k wo kisi string k sath attached ha aur jab dard ho tou entangle hua hota kisi vein k sath bht mushql sy normal wapis position pay aata should i get USg done is it something serious cases and symptoms please guide completely thank you
