Talk to Gynecologist on Seeping Discharge

I'm 38 years with three children 15,12&9 respectively, was experiencing almost transparent seeping discharge from 4 days whick reduced to minimal last night but now breast pad is showing small spots of blood. Before discharge start I experienced itching around the breast for almost 3 weeks. Discharge was not flowy it was like seeps thru nipples n absorb on breast pad but it was sticky
