Talk to Gynecologist on Severe Back Pain In Pregnancy

AoA I have 7 weeks and 4 days pregnancy. Today from morning I have severe back pain continually and very worrying about my pregnancy loss. Should I consult to Gynacologist for scan or to take complete bed rest? Gynacologist given date for heart beat scan is coming Friday. It’s my second pregnancy after three years. 1st one was miscarriage and DnC done after 2 months. I’m hypothyroid and high prolactin patient which is normal now after endocrinologist treatment.و

Aoa if it is clearly backach then it might br sprain or due long time bed rest. It will go away with time and put warm pack or ice pac. But if abdominal pain also then go to the doctor. Thank

Today visited Gynacologist for scan pregnancy is normal with child heartbeat but backpain is still there also prescribed Loprin and INTIGD(calcium + vitamin D) but my endocrinologist prevented to take any other medicine except thyronorm 100 and 75 simultaneously once a day.
