Thanks you better see gynacologist for check up breast pain is due to premenstural syndrome just take ponston for pain if not improved consult gynecologist

-Dear it's just breast pain or chest pain??associated with breathlessness???
-have strict check on symmptoms like breast pain, breathless Ness, breast discharge,drowsiness etc.
-have breast Examination and one Physicien review for chest tightness.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-have warm sitz baths and olive oil massage.
-if there is some discharge or irregular periods then have serum prolectin, Mamogram and then get these checked by breast specialist.
-menstrual issues also need to be sorted out if have any.
-can have ponstan 500 mgs 8 hrly to reduce premenstrual pains.
-I hope things would be Consultation with Physicien for migraine.
-keep discussing matters in details as per need.
