Severe Disminorhea And Abnormal Discharge

Question

I am having subseroal and intramural fibroids + PCOS +Bulky uterus.I am having abnormal discharge that starts from day 11 and lasts upto 21th day of period.I am suffering from severe crampings in pelvice during these days and afyer that in mensturation cycle tell me the treatment of these diseases.I am also not having babies yet simce last 6 years of my marriage
