Assalam o alaikum Doctors , I am 7w4d pregnant Alhumdulilah, and these days facing headache, and pain in throat and back neck, yesterday I took panadol extra (1 time only) after that y neighbor told me o shouldn't take any pain killer in pregnancy, what should I do ,my appointment is on 9th Feb .please suggest something to relief the pain

U can take simple Paracetamol 500mg up to 2 tab 6 hourly. Take as minimum necessary
I think you can take Tab Panadol safely in pregnancy in case of pain. Keep yourself protected from cold.
In case you develop fever, seek appointment from your doctor earlier.
