-Chronic Intraabdominal pressure can affect abdominal muscles can have Stress incontinence .
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have like cough ,diabetes ,high blood pressure Etc .
-have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
-high Bmi can be risk factor for to have daily walk and Exercise to have normal Bmi .
-transvaginal scan better to have as large fibroid uterus ,surgery ,Pelvic mass could be cause of it .
-have urinalysis. urine culture ,high vaginal swab and transvaginal scan .
-treat constipation .
-soft easily digestable diet with isphagol husk daily twice with water 2tabke spoon plenty of water .
-avoid weight lifting ,stairs ,cut down caffeine.
-have proper pelvic floor Exercises can gave help from physiotherapist ,Exercise mostly as to hold urine to strengthen pelvic muscles .
-collect labs and discuss here .
-have pad and check either any leakage of urine during coughing ,u can have residual urine test as well in opd with urogynaecologist if all above reports comes normal and no help from above mentioned precautions .
-in case of irritation due to residual urine can have help of catheter in gynae Emergency to completely emptying bladder .
-so have above reports and precautions and follow .
-in case urine infection along with cough need to have treatment for both along with all above precautions on long will gradually improve .
