Pregnancy - Patient Case ​Patient Status: ​Gestational Age: Early pregnancy (approx. 5-6 weeks based on GS). ​Lab Screening (Feb 11, 2026): All viral markers (HBsAg, HCV, HIV) are Non-Reactive. Hemoglobin is stable at 12.7 g/dL. ​Ultrasound Findings (Feb 16, 2026): Gestational sac (GS) measures 0.99 cm. Fetal pole and cardiac activity are not yet visualized (too early). ​Current Symptoms: Intermittent abdominal cramping and lower limb weakness/fatigue. Low-grade fever recorded at 99.3°F. No vaginal bleeding. ​Current Medications: ​Tab. Gestatron (Dydrogesterone) 10mg: 1 tablet twice daily. ​Tab. Adfolic (Folic Acid): 1 tablet daily. ​Tab. Panadol (Paracetamol): TDS for pain/fever. ​Syp. Trisil/CP-Adan: For gastric acidity. ​Nutritional Supplement: Ensure/She-lac powder. ​Plan: Follow-up ultrasound is scheduled for March 2, 2026.
