Doctors say that ultrasound shows that some water filled bags contains in the belly in the operated area.She has nausia ,fade eye sight some time, tiredness,and feels something heavy stuff in the belly...Deos she needs to be operated again to remove the overy.sems she has some infection as a after affects..Plz advise about the best course of action for the permanent solution to the problem.

Start from basics-do her MSU-her full bladder pelvic USG-she might b hvg UTI or PID or some other minor problem-Even PCO is treatable-better c an OBG fr detailed Hx examination and targeted treatment...hope u understand the limitations of online consultations...
