13 month old daughter is already underweight approximately 7 kgs and solely depends upon breastfeeding. would it be safe for mother and daughter to continue new pregnancy?
first of all why is child only breast fed. she should be taking proper food. also it's too early for next pregnancy.

- child more then 1 year need to have proper Feed .weaning can be started From 4-6 months of age gradually .
- habit gradually need to change so baby can be shifted from just breast feed to other food .
- Have balanced diet ,weight and BMI for child gradually and if any medical issue can be consulted continuously with Pediatrician.
-As soon as child improves and less dependable on mother for feed next pregnancy can be planned .

Get help of a neutrotionist and Paeditrician . I would suggest to avoid next pregnancy till your daughter is fine but if pregnancy has occurred , continue with it .
