- child more then 1 year need to have proper Feed .weaning can be started From 4-6 months of age gradually .
- habit gradually need to change so baby can be shifted from just breast feed to other food .
- Have balanced diet ,weight and BMI for child gradually and if any medical issue can be consulted continuously with Pediatrician.
-As soon as child improves and less dependable on mother for feed next pregnancy can be planned .

Get help of a neutrotionist and Paeditrician . I would suggest to avoid next pregnancy till your daughter is fine but if pregnancy has occurred , continue with it .
