Talk to Gynecologist on Should I Stop Or Continue Breastfeeding While Taking Cefspan 400mg 5 Days Once Daily

went through a csection on 7th August. have got an infection in csection site so have been prescribed cefspan 400 mg once daily for 5 days along with cicatrin powder to apply twice daily for 5 days. kindly advise is cefspan and cicatrin safe for breastfeeding. should breastfeeding be continued while taking these medicine because the cefspan medication leaflets says that consideration should be given to temporarily stop nursing. pls advise some doctor. thank you
