its been three months since i gave birth with the help of induced labor pains due to healthy weight baby i still feel back ache and inner thigh pain cant sit or stans for long. upper abdomen is hard as it still have a baby inside but lower is soft. periods came twice once 35th day after delivery and 2nd one was right after 15 days .. it been 20 days periods are not arrived

Are you nursing your baby ? And if yes how much milk are you taking ? Delivery and then taking care of new born with house chores are very tiring . Better to start some tonics .

i m not nursing my baby its my 2nd pregnancy but always i cant lactate enough.. after 2 to 3 drops my milk stop and baby start crying.. i tried for hours and hours that my back ache due to sitting and trying a lot .. baby suck properly but milk supply is not enough. baby cant sleep even 15 min after nursing. this also a big issue i m lot worried about that.. other few women in our family have same issue. we mostly prefer cousin marriages
