If beta hcg comes negative have menstrual induction (tab primolute n 10 mgs 8 hrly for 5 - 7 days and wait for periods for 2 wks) have Diane 35 cyclically for 3 cycles to regulate periods.
Have strict check in thyroid level and try to have that Normal.
If beta hcg comes positive have folic acid and strict check on symmptoms.report one sided lower abdominal pain immediately if observe.
Complete treatment of any health issue u have like thyroid imbalance as it affect Periods, fertility and fetal health.
