Mei hypothyroid patient hn aur 1 year old baby h meri. 5 may ko hum ne unsaved intercorse kya tha r meri periods ki date 7 may thi lakin periods nhe aye tu mene beta hcg test krwaya intercorse k 5 days bd Jo negative aya r tsh level 34 aya, mene thyroxine ki tablet baraha di 1 month bd dobara tsh test krwaya tu result 8 aya ab mei poray week 2 tablets r Sunday ko 3 tablets le rhi hn, issue ye h k periods mjhe ab b nhe arhy yani second month k periods b skip hogya h, kya pregnancy ho sakti h pregnancy waly koi symptoms b nh hain. Kya 5 days bd Jo beta hcg test krwaya tha us ko sahi consider krna chahyiaya dobara test krwao??

If beta hcg comes negative have menstrual induction (tab primolute n 10 mgs 8 hrly for 5 - 7 days and wait for periods for 2 wks) have Diane 35 cyclically for 3 cycles to regulate periods.
Have strict check in thyroid level and try to have that Normal.
If beta hcg comes positive have folic acid and strict check on one sided lower abdominal pain immediately if observe.
Complete treatment of any health issue u have like thyroid imbalance as it affect Periods, fertility and fetal health.
