Salam I got married on 2jan. I have skipped my periods in the month of April. My cycle date is 4. I have regular cycle. I have checked with strip but its showing negative result. Please doctor tell me why is it so? What should I do now?

I think due to weather changes n certain stress factors your mentrual cycle may get to worry wait for 1 more week and after one week take pregnancy test again if still u don’t mentruate
