Asking for Self, Female, 32 years old, Quetta

I am 13weeks pregnant.i have hypothyroidism( controlled), and SLE, my all recent tests are clear except serum anti-dsDNA( thats 726 IU/ml), my rheumatologist recommended to start deltacortril 5mg EC (2+0+2) for 2weeks then to tapper 5mg every2weeks. I want to ask is it safe to have steroids during pregnancy or it can be avoided in my condition. My gynecologist says to take it as per my rheumatologist. Kindly suggest. I am currently having thyroxine, HCQ 200mg and imuran, bd.
